4.3.1 Outline of Shedding Motion
(1)
Attach one servomotor 1 per heald frame 7 and drive each heald frame 7 independently.
(2)
The servomotor 1 rotates via reduction gear 2 to rotate the eccentric disk 3.
Rotation of eccentric disk 3 oscillates connecting rod 4 and lever 5, and the heald frame 7 attached to rod 6 moves upward and downward via rod 6.
(3)
The motion pattern of heald frame 7 can be changed by rotation and stopping of the servomotor 1 and by changing rotation speed.
