Ms. Nadia's Journey to Romania

Back in May of 2024, our wonderful parts associate, Ms. Nadejda Tifin (Nadia), embarked on a very meaningful trip to her home country of Romania. While on this trip, she was given the opportunity to collaborate with some incredible people. In support of local seamstresses, Nadia, the organization AIDRom (Asociatia Ecumenica a Bisericilor din Romania), and a group of Ukranian children came together to create the cushions used to hold seamstress pins. It was a tremendous effort by this group of ladies, and we applaud Nadia's strong sense of community and creativity!

About AIDRom: Asociatia Ecumenica a Bisericilor din Romania is an ecumenical association in Romania that works to promote social justice, human rights, and humanitarian aid. It was founded by Christian churches in Romania to address social and economic challenges faced by vulnerable groups. AIDRom's initiatives often include supporting refugees, marginalized communities, and individuals in need through education, vocational training, advocacy, and direct assistance programs. Their work aims to foster solidarity, improve living conditions, and empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
